Kristen Stewart in Welcome to the Rileys

Kristen Stewart was "surprised" by how comfortable she felt stripping off for her latest movie. The 20-year-old, who plays a teenage runaway who becomes a stripper in new film Welcome to the Rileys, wasn't scared about peeling off her clothes or walking around in raunchy outfits because she believes she has matured and was ready for the role.

"I think what surprised me most is probably the fact that I was so unaware of the fact that I was walking down the street with my robe opened and fishnets and beyond caring at all. I wasn't scared. I had known about this for a while before it got up and running. I'm really glad that it took awhile to do so, because I think I was old enough to play the part - as opposed to not ready. I think I would have shied away from too much, so it was shocking to find myself in situations like that, being completely fine with them."

Gwyneth Paltrow Stunned By Sex Offer

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies,

Gwyneth Paltrow in Elle has revealed she was propositioned for sex in return for a part when she started her acting career.

The Oscar-winning star was left stunned when an unnamed guy suggested they should conclude their meeting in “the bedroom”—an offer she refused.

“When I was just starting out, someone suggested that we finish a meeting in the bedroom, I left. I was pretty shocked. I could see how someone who didn’t know better might worry, ‘My career will be ruined if I don’t give this guy a b**w j*b!’”

Just as it is hard for actresses starting out in Hollywood, Gwyneth insists it is also tough for female stars approaching their 40s. The 38-year-old blonde is stunned by the lack of variety in the roles she is offered, and often feels “dejected.” Speaking in the annual Women in Hollywood issue of Elle magazine, Gwyneth said, “There are a lot of roles that are OK, but there’s little that’s really good, especially for someone my age. Sometimes you find out that something you really liked is going to someone 10 years younger. I find it heartening that and Sandra Bullock have been able to find and create amazing projects.”

Blake Lively on the cover of Marie Claire wants to take risks in her career.

The star - who shot to fame after starring in The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants at the age of 16 - admitted she doesn’t want to “play it safe” in her professional life, as the projects she has worked on so far have been very “commercial.”

“I’m on a very commercial show, so the last thing I want to do is a commercial movie. I wanna take risks, I don’t wanna play it safe. I mean, I could probably make more money if I did more commercial projects. It would be nice to buy an apartment but I’m 22 and I don’t need to yet… I live in New York City. So, I’m able to differentiate between what I want and need and what I want more is to do great roles.”

The 23-year-old actress - who is currently dating Gossip Girl co-star - also revealed despite seeing her boyfriend on set on a daily basis, she considers their relationship to be just like any other: “At the end of the day, you’re just in any relationship. How does anybody go to work every day and come home? You just do it and it either works or it doesn’t.”

“I’d love to be an assassin. Either that or a lesbian. Maybe both. Hey, a gay assassin, there’s nothing hotter than that. Megan Fox would play my girlfriend - hands down. She’s yummy. She’s hot.”

Russell Crowe Infatuated With Bows and Arrows

Russell Crowe as Robin HoodGladiator Russell Crowe is “in love” with archery.

The actor learned how to use a bow and arrow ahead of taking on the title role in Robin Hood and believes his training made the movie better.

“It’s a bit like learning golf, which I did for The Insider. And man, I loved it. It’s great. I said to the guy who was teaching me, ‘I’m in love with the flight. I just love it when the arrow is released from the bow…’ and he was like, ‘Well, it’s your sport then.’ We’ve done so much more than we expected to do in the film in terms of being able to get actual shots in there where we can shoot an arrow and a target. But you can only do that sort of stuff if you really take the time to learn the sport. It’s cool man, very cool.”

Russell also singled out a battle scene set in Pembrokeshire, Wales, as his favorite to film: “It was incredible. We had 130 horses going at full gallop on that beautiful beach and 500-odd extras on foot. The adrenaline rush was extraordinary.”

Robert Pattinson Willing to Get Naked for Film

Robert Pattinson shirtless on New Moon posterListen closely, ladies: Robert Pattinson is willing to get naked on screen for the right role.

The British actor, who plays vampire heartthrob Edward Cullen in the Twilight movies, would consider taking his clothes off if he thought the part required it.

“I think it would depend on what it is. And I don’t think a lot of people would really want to see that. I think it would ruin the illusion!”

Although he would be prepared to strip for a movie, the 23-year-old star admits he finds nudity embarrassing and struggled when he had to shoot explicit scenes for the 2008 movie Little Ashes, in which he played a young Salvador Dali.

“It’s funny because Spanish people have no problem with nudity at all, and I mean at all. And English people obviously do have the most enormous problem with it. Little things, like when I saw my father getting changed for swimming, I was traumatized by it… I kind of freaked out a bit.”

Renee Zellweger Turns 40 Gracefully

Renee Zellweger doesn't let age worry herRenee Zellweger insists turning 40 hasn’t affected her career.

The My One and Only star, who celebrated the landmark birthday in April, believes that her quirky appearance will always land her roles, regardless of her age.

Asked if she had noticed more exciting parts drying up, she said, “It’s so hard to comment because I don’t see it. I don’t know. I’m so spoiled with respect to the experiences I’ve had and the opportunities I’ve had that I don’t see it. I’ve never been that girl who is dependent on how fabulous my hair is or my stature or that I look good in order to work. So I don’t really think about it in those terms.”

The actress insists the only bad thing about turning 40 is that people are expecting her to feel differently about life: “I’m so sad that everyone keeps pointing to this birthday, ‘You had this birthday, how do you feel now?’ I’m thinking, ‘I feel nothing different.’”
