Neil Patrick Harris Approached for ‘Late Show’

Neil Patrick HarrisNeil Patrick Harris was asked to present The Late Show.

The How I Met Your Mother actor - who raises twins Harper and Gideon, three, with partner David Burtka - was asked to replace David Letterman on the nightly talk show and even got as far as meeting with CBS executives to discuss the opportunity.

"They called me in and sat me down and asked if that would be something that I would be interested in doing," he said. However, despite the lucrative offer, the 40-year-old actor turned down the job as he worried about getting "bored" and wanted more flexible working.

"In that instance I felt like I knew what my skill sets were. I was surprised that he pitched me that idea, and I sort of sat for a minute with it and told him the things that concerned me about the longevity of that kind of gig. I would get bored of the repetition fast, and the structure is so set that I don't have any interest in doing monologue, commercial, sketch, guest, guest, musical act, good night," he said on The Howard Stern Show.

Spice Girls Offered $41 Million Las Vegas Reunion

Spice GirlsThe Spice Girls have been offered $41 million for a Las Vegas reunion but only if Victoria Beckham is part of the show.

The iconic pop group would love to reform to celebrate their 20th anniversary this year, with several major venues keen to host the comeback. "A Spice Girls reunion in Vegas could easily generation $100 million worth of PR in a few weeks and earn the group $41 million in the process. There's huge interest from various major casinos and hotels so it's just a case of whether the girls can persuade Victoria to change her mind on the project," a source said.

The fashion designer - nicknamed Posh Spice during her time in the "Wannabe" group - is said to have given her former band mates permission to reform as a four piece, but the deal is only for a full reunion. "Posh is more than happy for the four girls to do it without her but the problem is the offer is only on the table for all five of them," the source added.

Miley CyrusMiley Cyrus has been offered $1 million to star in a porn film.

The former Disney star - who is engaged to Liam Hemsworth - has been approached by Sex.com about a softcore remake of her new music video "Decisions" alongside X-rated actress Jessie Andrews, 20, who stars in the promotional clip.

A letter sent to 19-year-old Miley's agent from Sex.com's Media Director Martin Ellison reads, "As you are already aware in the video she kisses her boyfriend, Liam who is dressed as a unicorn. We'd like to replace Liam with the AVN Starlet of the Year, Jessie! We aren't looking to make a boy/girl 'Hannah Does Montana' sex video here, but rather a softer 'girl on girl' version.. How far Miley chooses she wants to go is entirely up to her. We adore her new sexy look, and our members at sex.com have been emailing us all day begging us to make her and Jessie an offer to star together."

The company have already approached Los Angeles nightspot Beacher's Madhouse within the Roosevelt Hotel - where the original "Decisions" video was shot - about filming there and according to gossip website TMZ.com, Jessie has agreed to take part in the raunchy remake.
