The Magic Wheel—Whee!
We really had to study the demo on this one to see exactly how it works and why we would want to be caught owning one. The Magic Wheel is made with a reinforced plastic frame, and features one giant wheel with a smaller one in the back, a footplate, a foot-activated rear brake, and a handle to keep upright. It comes with a tool kit, manual, and DVD so you can figure out how to ride it, too. Available for £119 (~$241.00,) the company claims that it will “take the UK by storm” and recommends the odd transportation for those over 14 years old. It seems like anyone that age would probably be too tall to ride on it. We think we will just hang on to our Schwinns.
