The Mario Kart Remote Control Racer
We recently told you about the Mario Kart Race Track Set, which brings the classic video game to life in your own living room. Now comes a great way to re-enact the game (at least somewhat) anywhere you go: the Mario Kart Remote Control Racer. This cool toy not only features the game’s sound effects, it has a “Turbo” function, and you steer it with a GameCube-like controller! At over 12” long, this toy is pretty large, so be sure to slide pets and loved ones out of the way before playing. We’re hoping more Mario Kart characters will get the R/C treatment soon…just imagine the possibilities. Requires a 9-volt and 8—yes, eight—AA batteries (not included). Available for $50 USD.
