iPod nano: Impossibly Small

So, here’s what all the fuss is about. The iPod nano is tiny - thinner than a standard #2 pencil, and 1/3 the size of the discontinued iPod mini. It weighs just 1.5 ounces, and has a 14-hour battery life. This one is going to sell a ton, with a 2 GB model selling for $199 USD, and a 4 GB model retailing at $249 USD. We hope to have our hands on one as early as tomorrow.

I am a little disappointed to see the ipod minis go. I love mine, but I was hoping with subsequent releases the hard drive would continue to grow. I was hoping for an 8 gb model perhaps, and instead they got rid of minis all together. I love the size of the nano, but at only 4gb it is not an improvement over my current 4gb mini.

yeha..okie..the dude who got the ipod nano? gimme an email when your battery dies, okie? that’s pretty much the only thing i’m worried about..i had an MD that worked for 5 years until the program started malfunctioning and erased everything on every disc i put into it -_- and it was with lithium ion battery..but the point is that i’m worried about the battery in the ipod dying in like 18-24 months down the road..cuz that’s what happened to almost every ipod and ipod mini that my friends got =\
