Barbara Walters’ Not-So-Fascinating List for 2010
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Specials, ABC, Gossip,

In the event you failed to renew your Us Weekly subscription last year, Barbara Walters will help get you caught during her upcoming ABC special.
For her annual year-end list, the ABC personality/journalist (apparently) pored through the tabloids to find the names she -- not necessarily we -- found most interesting.
Although she still has room to surprise us with the final two names, you can preview most of her selections after the jump.

Despite the predictable names on the already-disclosed list, Barbara Walters’ annual special pulled in nice numbers this Thursday night. The highly-promoted lovefest helped ABC win the demos while CBS was on top with the viewers.
8pm
- Survivor: Gabon (4.0/11 in 18-49) got 12.8 million caught up in the game.
- Ugly Betty (2.6/7) entertained 8.5 million.
- My Name is Earl (6.1 million, 2.5/7) was down 10%; Kath & Kim (4.9 million, 2.2/6) was off by 11%.
- Kitchen Nightmares* (1.5/4) cooked up 3.7 million.
- Smallville* (0.8/2) turned in 2.3 million.

MONDAY 12/1)- Shrek the Halls (ABC, 8pm): Hopefully this Mike Myers laugher will help us all forget The Love Guru.
- Inside the Actor’s Studio (Bravo, 8pm): “Daniel Radcliffe, star of the Harry Potter film franchise, charts his career journey.” I’m not sure I want to see James Lipton enthusiastically talking about Radcliffe’s nude Broadway performance.
- Heroes (NBC, 9pm): “Ando, Sam and Frack try to restore Hiro’s memory with a comic book.” Any person trying to follow this series should be given an instruction manual.
- Boston Legal (ABC, 10pm): “When Denny receives bad news about the state of his Alzheimer’s, Alan goes before the Massachusetts Supreme Court to plead for access to an experimental drug that can help his condition.” Alzheimers? Maybe Shatner simply forgot why George Takei dislikes him so.
