This Week on TV (11/22-11/28)

(Make sure to check out TV Envy's Programming Schedule.)

MONDAY (11/22)

  • Rules of Engagement (CBS, 8:30 P.M.): "A sheepish Jeff asks coworkers to sponsor Audrey's 10K charity run after he's told them not to include him in office fundraisers." To be clear, he didn't want shell out money for things he'd have to eat.
  • Two and a Half Men (CBS, 9 P.M.): "Charlie spends money wildly for his old lover Courtney, who returns after spending three years in prison." Spending money on a woman who can finally relate to him? Priceless.
  • Skating with the Stars (ABC, 9:11 P.M.): "The series opener of an ice-skating competition that pairs celebrities with professional skaters. Contestants include Vince Neil, Bethenny Frankel and Sean Young." That is one motley crew.

Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Prime Time, Reality, Cable, MTV, The Hills, Gossip, Video,

“I think I just wanted to be…happier. And I couldn’t fix who I was, being upset with how I looked on the outside,” used these words while explaining her decision to have plastic surgery while dining in a fine restaurant with her family. Unfortunately, Heidi couldn’t really eat her food - her jaw was too sore after she chose to have ten procedures in one day.

In the video, Heidi’s self-esteem is called into question - though Montag didn’t cotton too well to the comments. Watch the scene (which is from MTV’s ) in the video above.

Nose News: Ashley Tisdale

Ashley Tisdale BeforeAshley Tisdale After

songstress has reappeared after canceling two of her concerts post-surgery. (She supposedly went in to fix a ‘deviated septum’.)  Recovery took longer than expected, but Tisdale is back to performing with her new nose.

Lots of celebs have had plastic surgery, shaving off a little here and there. Some celebs have had such minute changes made fans can hardly tell the difference, while others who have changed their look managed to cancel their careers at the same time. Anyone remember ? Tisdale does look different, but maybe the diva will find her fame remains intact. Only time will tell.

This Week on TV (12/3-12/9)

The Closer

MONDAY (12/3)
  • (TNT, 8pm):  The special two-hour holiday episode brings Brenda’s parents into the investigative fold.  Nothing says Christmas like talking blood with your blood.
  • (NBC, 9pm):  (NOTE:  This is the last new episode left.)  ‘Peter squares off against former friends thanks to Adam’s confusing story about the Shanti virus.’  He shouldn’t fault Adam; the confusing storyline is to blame.
  • (FOX, 9pm):  ‘Boulet and Cobb investigate an insurance adjuster’s murder.’  As if there weren’t enough people in New Orleans with a motive.
  • (NBC, 10pm): (First half of the two-parter; 2nd half airs Wednesday).  ‘Evidence points to Reese’s father in the murders that sent Crews to prison.’  I’m guessing this won’t be resolved anytime soon…otherwise, we wouldn’t have a show.

Nip/Tuck in LA: Did You Like The Move?

Nip/TuckWhen Sean and Christian made the move to LA at the end of last season, I was a bit worried.  After several successful years in Miami, would this be the time when officially jumped the shark?  But after watching the Season 5 premiere, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the reinvigorated series.  A change in location was exactly what the show - and the viewers - needed.

For those who didn’t get to watch last night’s episode (or completely disagree with me altogether), let me tell you what I loved about the debut.
