We told you they were coming, and now we’ve got them -- two original tracks from FOX's Glee. The songs won’t be unveiled on the show until mid-March, but if you can’t stand the wait just follow the jump to take a listen. Lea Michele (as Rachel Berry) sings “Get It Right” solo, while the entire New Directions gang delivers the second song, “Loser Like Me.”

American Idol Tour Stops Canceled, Changed

The American Idol 9 tour isn’t as popular as producers might have hoped.

The news is not surprising, since ratings for the 500-pound reality gorilla have been slipping and the show lost its most popular cast member at the end of the season. Seven cities (Buffalo, Cleveland, Kansas City,  Omaha, Portland, Toronto and Winnipeg) have been stricken from the tour entirely, while another eight shows have been rescheduled in an effort to gain more ticket sales.

American Idol crowned its ninth winner in May (Lee DeWyze), the first season in which Paula Abdul was absent from the show.

Glee to Feature Coldplay Songs Next Season

FOX’s hit series Glee will pay homage to sadness next season.

After first denying the hit show permission to use songs from their collection, Coldplay has now agreed to having their music featured on the show.

Let’s just hope the ultra-depressing songs from the Coldplay catalog don’t single-handedly increase the FOX viewership suicide rate.

Glee Soundtracks Coming Your Way

Move on over, HSM. A new bunch of high school singers will soon be getting their own CDs.

On November 3, Columbia Records will unveil Glee: The Music, Volume 1—the first album in a planned series of releases. The soundtrack, based on the new FOX show, will be comprised of songs to be heard during the freshman season.
