John Travolta Kept Strong by Beliefs

John Travolta‘s faith in Scientology helped him deal with the death of his son Jett.
The star revealed he and his family - wife Kelly Preston and daughter Ella, 9 - have received a great deal of support from the Church of Scientology following the death of his 16-year-old son, Jett, last January.
Travolta believes his beliefs have enabled him to return to acting.
“We work hard every day with our church on healing. And Kelly and I and Ella have all been working very hard and they’ve been helping us,” he said. “Once you get yourself stable, then you’re able to reach out again, and I think this whole year every day we’ve been working on stabilising ourselves and it’s been successful so far.”
Earlier this week, John - a keen pilot - flew a jetliner carrying relief supplies, doctors and ministers from the Church of Scientology to Haiti. The actor landed in Port-au-Prince and believed to be working to bring further aid to the earthquake-ravaged area.
Travolta’s new movie, From Paris with Love, opens in theaters this Friday. He will be promoting the film on Good Morning America Tuesday morning.
