He is being traded to Baltimore Orioles for Jerry Hairston and a few minor league prospects and they are also covering $10 mill of his $17 million salary in 2005. I think this is a great deal for Baltimore and it will bring more fans for them.
as a cubs fan, I think the whole situation with Sammy Sosa is pretty sad. He used to be fan favorite and he seemed like a really nice guy, but because of last year I’m glad to see him go. I want to remember the earlier Sosa.
