I have two cd drives the bunrer(on bottom) and regular on top. The regular isnt that important, except for direct copies of cds. But, when i put a cd in the top drive, it doesnt load the cd, it just makes a clicking noise inside the drive like the cd is hitting something when it spins….i have no clue…..HELP?? :o

ya, its just easier to call dell and get it replaced.
