I plan to sell some stuff on ebay but i have no paypal, Does anyone know if i open a Paypal Visa card if i can still sell on ebay and the buyer uses paypal to pay directly into my card or something?

I don’t think that will work. Why don’t you just open a paypal account instead of trying the visa card. Opening a paypal account is really quick and easy unlike applying for a credit card.

u would either need a checking account or do this thing where they charge u $5 on yur visa to become a seller on ebay. i just buy stuff off ebay
