If you saw the trailer fight part, then you didn’t miss anything else.  Trust me.  There was so much hype for that part, and yeah it was good, but not THAT good to the extent that you will want to sit through the rest of the boredom.  It was so stretched out.  They coulda just made one 3-hour film but oh well they got greedy.

I’m planning on watching that in the next couple days.  I’ll send you a pm with a review as soon as I can.

The thing is is that Kill Bill Part 1 was a good action flick and Kill Bill Part 2 was good in terms of developing the story. I think once you watch the two together as it was orginally intended it will be better. You have to admit that the Chinese Kung Fu master kicked ass. If you’ve watched any bad 60’s kung fu movies you had to notice the ridiculous similarities.

I liked the 2nd one.. I probably liked the 1st one more.. but I mean I guess it was the type of thing that if you thought going into the 2nd one that it would be exactly the same as the 1st one you would be a bit disappointed.

Actually, yeah, they could have made it into one 3-hour long film. I, personally, liked both parts equally for different reasons (dude, you have to admit the scene with Elle Driver was fun), but yeah, they should have just condensed the entire thing into one film. Two films with the exact same plot/goal are kinda… odd… like LOTR. I mean, I wouldn’t have minded one 9-hour long movie. Just to see the ending!!

By the way, I already saw RE2. It’s not too bad. You seem like the guy to like action, so you’ll like RE2. As far as story development goes, eh… it’s kinda… static-y. Like, the plot doesn’t really move anywhere like the first Resident Evil did. I like conspiracy stories. 😊 RE2 was more about corruption, and blahhhhhh, we get enough of that #### from our current government, LOL, jk

People said it was dialogue-focused.  They were right.  It was so different from the first that it was jarring.  A few scenes looked like they were going to be incredible fight set-ups, and they just were more dialogue: The Bride approaching the trailer park, and the final confrontation with Bill.  :|  Thank God for fast-forwards on DVDs.

Quentin has left me down…forget about your other movies, and make pulp fiction 2 already damnit.
