Well actually its already started. I think that eventually al lte jobs will be done by robots. And maybe we will have flying cars? Maybe they can make cars run on trash just they did on back to the future?

I think technology has reached it’s point where it’s too advanced and the quality will depriciate and we’ll be riding horses again. It’ll be a hard life.

I think that there is so much untapped technology and we’re just waiting for it to be discovered.

Technology will become more of an extension of ourselves, and less in the physical sense we perceive it as today.  It will become integrated into our lives.  Our homes will be built with walls that are essentially computers, with the images being projected from behind the wall, and lasers determining the position of your hand.  This will lead to virtual reality in the long run.  There is already a great deal of research money being poured into this concept (Microsoft Research is banking on this as the next wave of technology—they have invested heavily in multi-touch applications and building inexpensive wall computing).  Once the prices get low enough, it will become mainstream.

Technology will definitely change the future and I hope for the better. With all this talk about robots that are helping out in hospitals, performing operations and arms that are robotic, I see robots in the future performing operations and doing a great job with it. Technology will grow so much that pretty soon, everything will have more memory, RAM, GBs, etc. Everything will become easier to access and sleeker and sexier, like touch screen microwaves and stoves. The kitchen will be a great place where everything is voice activated and the house will be filled with security gadgets and all of that stuff. I do see flying cars in the future, I really do. I think technology will end up replacing a lot of jobs and that is a scary thought, but I believe it will happen. Hopefully, technology will change the future for the better and make everyones lives easier and more fun.

Technology is a field that never stops on growing or changing.  Look back to the early 80’s and compare it to today.  Look back to last year and compare it to today.  Everything keeps on evolving, it’s just how things are.  From gas guzlers to hybrids.. Everything changes. And Technology is always right in the front of the line 😉

Technology is not too advanced, whoever said that, in my opinion. Technology is just getting started! Yeah, so Global Warming might mess us all up, but technology will probably come along and save all of us! I can just picture the future in my mind. Technology has took over. Robots are doing all of our jobs… we’re buying our own robots for our houses! We can just hope that these changes are for the good, because hell knows what would happen if technology dominated the world… like iRobot.

Shady Freak is too pessimistic.
I agree with boogerjay,we havent even started yet,i consider we have achieved something, when humans will have a a permanent presence on something other than earth, space stations doesn’t count, they can’t even have a working toilet ,talk about advancement in technology.lol
