Oscar nominated Heath Ledger is being tentatively labeled an accidental overdose, though authorities say they won’t know for sure what happened with Heath until test results return. This should take about ten days. Currently, investigators say there are no signs of suicide or foul play involved with Ledger’s untimely death.

I thought it was an accidental, some kind of medications that he was taking didnt go well with the other and it killed him. I could be wrong but I think that is what happened so dont quote me on it.
