He’s written about a possessed car. A spooky, haunted hotel. A girl with amazing telekinetic ability. Crazy monsters who somehow “eat time.” A haunted hotel room. More crazy monsters. People who eat cats. And now, the weather. Try not to get too frightened, because The Mist is rolling into theaters soon enough. The movie is set in a grocery store with a bunch of flat and uninteresting characters, all of whom are afraid to leave the store for fear of the mist which hangs about their town. By the way, there are strange, otherworldly monsters lurking therein. I can’t think of a single reason why anyone would want to see this, but it’s there for you if you’re interested in checking out Stephen King’s latest adaptation, The Mist.
