Joe Nasser, the man behind the new Anna Nicole Smith movie, will turn his attentions to young Hollywood in an upcoming independent flick. Nasser will use public record and real names to tell the tale of Hollywood Brats, which will focus on three young celebs who struggle through arrests and jail time. Nasser has yet to release the names he’ll use, but early guesses are suggesting Hilton, Lohan, Richie, and Spears are likely candidates.
