Anne Hathaway, who first broke into the Hollywood scene with Disney’s The Pricess Diaries, will take on her most challenging role to date: Jane Austen, famed romance writer. Though the story itself is loosely based on Austen’s life, Hathaway did have to master an English accent and learn about 18th century customs for the role. The 24-year-old actress is slowly making her way up to the top of Hollywood’s acting ranks, and this latest film just proves the depth of her talent.
