Michael Moore’s new documentary Sicko has already gained notice at the Cannes Film Festival, but it’s the U.S. Treasury Department that’s taking a closer look at Moore. The filmmaker traveled to Cuba for his flick, which focuses on the state of American health care, an act that could be in violation of the U.S. embargo against Cuba.
