All right, is everybody up to speed on Miss Hilton and her various journeys in and out of jail? She was sentenced to 45 days for probation violation, but this sentence was reduced to 23. This week, she was secreted to a jail cell where she spent 23 hours of every day in isolation. She received two visits from her psychiatrist while locked up - which proved to be nothing like 23 days at all. In fact, Miss Hilton was released from custody less than three days after her arrival, given a monitoring ankle bracelet, and sent to her posh mansion in the Hollywood Hills. A public outcry ensued, and LA prosecutors filed paperwork against the sheriff’s office, ordering Hilton to appear in a hearing at 9am this morning. She did, and the judge sentenced her to go back to jail. This time, she’s to serve 45 days. Hilton, screaming and crying for her mother (who was in the audience) was packed into a patrol car and taken away.
It’s this simple: you break the law, you go to jail. Hotel heiress, millionaire, or regular Joe from the street.
