Rue McClanahan will join the cast of the award-winning “Ryan’s Life,” a new series set on the Here! network. The channel is dedicated to getting its gay programming out there, and McClanahan still packs recognizable star power from her “Golden Girls” days in the late 80s and early 90s. In the new series, Rue will play the grandmother of a sexually confused boy - and she’ll bring her classic charisma with her to the set, proving that the new show is off to a promising start.
