Julia Stiles will be playing one of her most challenging roles to date: suicidal writer. The blonde actress will take on the leading role in a new adaptation of Sylvia Path’s “The Bell Jar,” an extremely disturbed tale of a suicidal young woman who goes in search of the perfect method for doing herself in. Filming will begin in 2008.
