Harvey Weinstein, head of Weinstein Co. and executive producer of Grindhouse, has announced that not only will the film be divided for its international and DVD release, but, because of length, the divergence could occur as early as next week if the numbers don’t come up.  So, should the movie be split so the filmmakers and producers can recoup some of their losses?  Or do you think it’s wrong to remove the essential gimmick on which this unique homage hinges?
