Alleged delay tactics might be wearing thin in a fifteen-year-old lawsuit. The Disney Company, charged with not sharing the full 2% of Winnie the Pooh merchandising royalties with the Slesinger family (totaling $2 billion), has recently delayed talks in the case, much to the annoyance of the claimants. The famous Pooh and his gang of pals bring in an estimated $6 billion annually for the company, and there’s nothing bothersome about that. The lawsuit will continue to be pursued by the Slesingers.
