That does sound strange.  You might open up the IE options, go to Advanced and choose restore defaults.  Visit WindowsUpdate and make sure you have all the latest patches and updates for IE.  Update your video card drivers to the latest version, and DirectX (if it isn’t the latest).

I checked MS Support, but it sounds like you’ve already tried what they suggested (although the first article has a patch available for download:

If all else fails, I recommend switching to Firefox .  It’s a better browser anyway.

I have a problem. We recently got a new laptop (Dell Inspiron 6000). Problem is, all images in internet explorer are blurry. If I right click and choose “View Original Image”, it displays correctly, but its annoying to have to do that every time I visit a site.

I’ve already tried changing the dpi and resolution. Automatic image resizing is enabled.

I have no idea whats going on. Please help, I’m just about to rip my head off. 😢

thats odd… my cousin and his new collee roomate (a friend from our school) both got Dell Inspiron 6000’s and they don’t have that problem

Its working today… I have no idea what i did… Hopefull it’ll stay like this. Maybe after I changed some things, I had to restart… I guess we’ll see..
