I have a whole season to a tv show I would like to burn to a dvd, but all of the shows are avi. How do I convert them and burn them so when I watch them on dvd I can select which show I want to watch. I do not want to burn them to one file to where I have to fast forward to get to the next show. I want it to be like a real dvd as where I can select the individual show. Thankyou!

PS the show I have is season 1, 2, and 3 of Family Guy

I use NeroVision Express 3 which was bundled with Nero 6 Ultra Edition.  It has a wizzard that guides you thru the DVD creation…

I’ve noticed that you never post your questions in the right board. This question belongs in the Computer board.

As far as your question goes, I use Nero Vision Express for that stuff. You can edit the AVI, cut out commercials, add chapter marks, create menus etc. It’s a good program, but to encode and burn takes a long time.
You’ll most likely need multiple dvds to fit all the episodes. You can probably put like 6 or 7 episodes per disc.

Thanks to both of you. And I always put my stuff in the correct boards unless it has to do with the coputer board and I will explain why hardly anyone puts it in the smaller boards. If this question was posted in there it would take about 3 days to get a reply and that reply would say something like “Yes I always wanted to do that to”. Now who wants to wait that long for a reply like that? If more people were to visit those boards then I think more people would post in the right sections.😊

If it was posted in the Computer section I would have seen it and posted the same thing.  Just keep it to the right section…

i totally agree with skinz here. oh, and using the “more people will read it here” excuse is weak.

it’d be easier for me to go 50 in a school zone and plow through the kids, but that’s not what the laws allow right? well in here you’re supposed to post in the right section, that’s what its there for. there aren’t seperate sections so we can keep them empty.
