Oh wow—well, I know there are local services and random people throughout that offer services between the disc formats. Maybe you should look around there to hire someone :? I think they offer fairly cheap services too. Anything from cassettes to DVDs or laptop files to cassettes, etc. It’s mainly a hobby of theirs.
