On the heels of her recent DUI arrest, Lindsay Lohan was photographed by paparazzi slumped in the passenger seat of a car early Monday morning. Lohan, mouth hanging open and totally unconscious at the time, was unavailable for comment, and her publicist has not come forward to issue a statement, either. Coming so soon after her arrest, where a substance being tentatively identified as cocaine was found somewhere in the vehicle, this latest bit of media will only hurt Lindsay in her upcoming court case for DUI. Lohan is currently enrolled in AA and has recently been released from rehab - giving the world little faith in these treatments.

Are you trying to past some thing to your post? Some one pointed out to me when I was having trouble posting that the forums wont allow you to past any thing. Kinda sucks if you ask me.

I think the photographer just used a vulnerable Lohan moment to exploit her recent bad press.  But yes, she has been rightfully receiving a lot of bad publicity lately.  I have actually made it a personal goal not to see any future Lohan projects; I’m afraid I’ll start vomiting.  I know she’s young and naive (many of us went through the same phase), but she is in the public eye.  You made a choice, Lindsay.  Grow up.
