I’m with Kidd.  I got the 700M and I’ve been so freaking happy with it.  I got it with 256 RAM and bought aftermarket RAM, its way cheaper than Dell’s overpriced stuff (1GB now).  Chipset?  No idea what it is or what is good or bad.  Battery?  I got the bigger one and its surprisingly good.  Much better than what I thought.  HD?  Come on, they are all the same.  Drive?  I just got the DVD/CDRW because this is just my portable solution not a desktop replacement…
