I need a program to edit an animated GIF and actually I’d like to make some from some Family Guy clips.  What are the best program(s) to use to do this?  I need info ASAP.  Its kinda important…

well i can think of two good ones, macromedia fireworks and imageready (comes with photoshop)

Price is no object and I’d like it to be easy to use…

i second imageready..
pretty easy to use

if you’re gonna make clips from large mpeg’s or avi’s you should use some kinda video editor to cut it down (easier on your RAM)
i use nero vision express for that

imageready comes with photoshop 8 and other versions

for a free one use gypsy or w/e works good.
