Hey everyone,
Is it possible to get an LCD screen that I can use for a laptop and also plug into it video games (Xbox, PS2, etc etc), DVD players (standalone ones), TV, etc?

I know the LCD response times are being perfected for gamers but are they can they also handle the above uses?

Gigantic size is a plus and money is not an option. (aka, whats your ideal LCD screen that can handle this)

Thanks!

not sure what that meant, but i think i got ur question, heh.
sounds like you just want to get the ultimate tv set…personally, i wouldn’t go with an LCD, i’d go with a DLP. or, if you can wait awhile, a SED.

Eh, I just changed plans while thinking about it.

Originally, I meant an external LCD computer monitor that I could double up as a regular TV. But I guess it would make sense to use the 17” screen that comes with my laptop rather than spending extra for just a 20” LCD to use instead (and try to double as a TV).

Instead, now Im looking for a good, large, LCD TV screen (preferably with DVI monitor inputs). Any suggestions?

PS - This will be dorm gear.
