I need a new computer so bad.  What kind should I get?  I don’t need some huge super computer. I just need a good computer that will last me a little while. I need all the tips I can get because money is a little tight right now.
Any good brands? Any good place to get it or the pieces?

Even a good free site could help.

Mainly a different type of processor, so programs need to be made differently.

Main benefit is Apple’s operating system instead of Windows.  I suggest a Mac Mini, and use your current stuff. http://www.apple.com/macmini

seriously, you can build yourself one that’s so much more powerful for so much cheaper.  if youdont know how to build one, you can find a 12yr old kid that can. pay him 50 bucks.

Nope, do it on a non-carpeted floor, keep one hand on the metal part of the case, and all is well. Its basically plugging things in, and reading. Takes maybe and hour for a first time builder. I say that that is a kickass system for most games, except the newest. You can even save more if you buy the parts over a few weeks, save maybe $100… Let me know when you are ready to buy, and I will lookout for deals for ya. Also don’t go off and buy random parts without asking the people here…

Well $10 bucks is not as much as $700. So if I pay all together $100 for $450 I’m still making a good bit of money. $10 is not as hard to come by as $700. You know what I mean? I guess I’ll edit that post.

OK I am about to get a new computer 😊  Thanks all but I have just a few more questions…..

Is the brand HP any good? I was thinking about just getting a pre built one but I still might build it.

I was lookin at computer stuff at Comp USA and I saw a ipod. I turned it on and was listening to it. It didn’t get very loud even though I turned it all the way up. Do Ipods get loud? I was thinking that they turned them down because of lawsuits and all that…..
