Ripping DVD’s: Step by step Solution!

I’ve asked the question on how to rip a DVD to an AVI like a million times.  Engadget has an article on how to do this, along with links to all the free software you’ll need.

👏

It shows you the final steps to further convert it to an MP4 (playable on Sony’s upcoming PSP) as well.

lol i just use winavi video converter. if i want to rip the dvd onto my hdd i just use dvd decripter

I use the Nero Recoder to convert videos to .mp4, and upload them to my phone :D

Are any of those products free?  And Haxxxess, what phone do you use?  @-)

no… the nero recoder is an update for the Nero Express, which you have to buy…

and the phone I have is the sony ericsson k700i…

Cool.  I’m surprised more people haven’t visited GL for this topic since other boards don’t allow such open discussion on it.

I “ordered” my PSP from a free site.  I guess now all I need is a 1GB Memory Stick Duo :(
