But… it’s such… slapstick humour… like, it’s sloppily done. I like cartoons where the humor is tactfully placed into the script. “The Simpsons” and “Futurama” have that, and I’m not talking about jokes that are so witty that only Dennis Miller would understand. I can’t *stand* that type of humor either. “Family Guy” just seems to place these odd comedic scenes in there at such ungraceful moments. I swear, I’m watching it, it starts to get funny, and then it cuts to a scene with a medieval pirate eating pudding and watching gay porn. WTF is that? That’s *all* I’ve ever seen “Family Guy” ever do—random stuff like that. “Futurama” and “The Simpsons” place humour in their plots so well. And that’s what makes “Family Guy” suck =)
Like… it’s funny… but it’s not my sense of humour, I guess. I dunno, LOL =P
But yeah, they’re not all too bad. =)

i bought the dvds to simpsons and downloaded the other 11 seasons. its not any different than borrowing a friend’s recorded vhs tape is it? according to fox, that’s what you should do (go to http://fox.com/community/askfox/ and click number 8). i did the same with futurama. i am having trouble finding quality family guy eps. anyway, id have to say my favorite is futurama. its got the most continuity of them all and watching them in order almost makes sense. then its the simpsons just because ive got like 40 cds of them on my desk and ive watched them all. then family guy. but theyre all like 98% and above on my grading scale.
