The Grammy Awards red carpet was a little more conservative this year, thanks to the dress code placed by CBS; unfortunately, the restrictions seem to have negatively affected celebrity attendees' styles.
While there were many fashion mistakes at the music ceremony, Rihanna stood out among the rest in her gorgeous red Alaia number, straying from her usual provocative style to adhere to the TV network's fashion guidelines (though she raised eyebrows when she confirmed her reconciliation with Chris Brown).
Two Broke Girls star Kat Dennings opted for Vivienne Westwood (seen after the jump). Though the blue minidress accentuates the 26 year-old's curves, it resembles too much of printed bubblewrap.

Kim Kardashian is taking pregnancy fashion inspiration from Victoria Beckham.
The 32-year-old reality TV star is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West and has been studying pictures of the Spice Girls star-turned-fashion designer - who has children Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, 10, Cruz, seven, and Harper, 18 months, with husband David Beckham - to get ideas on staying chic as her figure expands. "Kim loves Victoria's VB range to complement her curves. Now with a burgeoning bump on the way, she is following her style closely. Kim spent hours with her mum, Kris Jenner, and her glam squad going through pictures of what Victoria wore during all her pregnancies. She wants to look classy and not frumpy while carrying her child," a source said.

There's a lmit to when it comes to being fashion forward. Kanye West is clearly not aware of such a limit.
The fashion-conscious rapper performed at the 12.12.12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert in a Givenchy leather kilt and pants getup paired with what looks like a... printed sweatshirt? So is Kanye's black-on-black attire too much style for the general public to handle, or is it just an outright fashion disaster?

+ Kate Upton is slowly climbing up the ladder to supermodel status. The American model - known previously for her swimwear work - has landed her first Vogue UK cover, shortly after having appeared on the cover of Vogue Italia.
+ Britney Spears recently showed up to an X Factor event wearing vintage Christopher Kane, although I'm not sure if I'm digging the floral and lace patterns on leather.
+ Anderson Cooper revealed that he wears the same pairs of jeans during his everyday wear and that he doesn't wash them for six months at a time. When he does, he washes them in the shower.
+ Jessica Chastain takes over all three variant covers of January's W, the Art Meets Fashion edition. Posing for photographer Rineke Dijkstra and artists Chantal Joffe and Geoge Condo, the actress looks stunning in the released photos of the covers and editorial.

Typically looking unkempt and disheveled with an endless supply of glitter, the "Tik Tok" singer showed up to the American Music Awards last night looking practically unrecognizable! Wearing little makeup - save for the smokey eyes - the blonde popstar paired Stuart Weitzman heels with a very pink, classy lace dress.

Did Kristen Stewart raid Rihanna's closet?
The 22-year-old actress appeared at the premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2 in a nude, sheer Zuhair Murad number paired with Jimmy Choos. Aside from the fact that the nude color doesn't compliment her fair skin, the shape and excessive sheer paneling are not doing much in her favor, either. Should Kristen return to her more sophisticated, masculine looks, or is this new style working for her?

Kate Moss Dressed Her Brother as a Girl

Kate Moss used to dress her brother up as girl. The 38-year-old supermodel says she's always been into fashion and as she didn't have a sister, she used to put her sibling Nick in her clothes and call him Sylvia.
"I definitely liked clothes. I used to dress my brother up in looks, as girls. His name was Sylvia. I used to dress him up and make him come to the door and knock and say, 'Is Kate coming out?' to my mum. I've got a picture of him. He had a beauty spot, fake boobs, and everything - very Liz Taylor. My brother didn't mind. He found the picture and framed it for me. 'Kate, Love always, Sylvia.'"
While Kate - who has 10-year-old daughter Lila Grace from a previous relationship and is married to Jamie Hince - enjoyed her childhood she says she always knew she wanted to get out of hometown Croydon, south London: "My brother still lives near there and he doesn't really go to pubs there, it's so rough. But it was quite fun growing up there because it is so rough. There's street stuff going on. Everyone used to hang out in parks and have fights and go to the cinema and have fights. Bit of fight culture in Croydon. I don't mind a fight. What I wanted to get out of was the whole thing of, this is it. This is what life is. I never had that feeling of, that's your lot."
