Angelina Jolie with Robert Procop

Actress Angelina Jolie has teamed with Robert Procop to create a new jewelry line. Jolie has designed a collection with statement stones for Robert Procop Exceptional Jewels and wore one of the pieces - a faceted black spinel necklace bezel set in rose gold - to the Berlin premiere of her film Salt earlier this year.

"Angelina has very classic style. These are pieces she wears herself," Robert, a former Asprey's chief executive who has designed for the actress for 10 years, told WWD.

Pieces from the collection - which will be priced individually - will be sold privately through the designer's network of clients, with all proceeds going to the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, a charity co-founded by Jolie that aims to help children who are the victims of war and natural disasters.

Julianne Moore for Bulgari

For a city known for its Renaissance paintings that feature plenty of women wearing little clothing in a continent that seems to wonder why many Americans fear nudity, it may come as a shock to many that Venice, Italy has banned the above Bulgari ad, starring actress from its scheduled billboard duties.

“An advertisement showing a nude woman on a divan is not appropriate for St Mark’s Square,” Mayor Giorgio Orsoni said.

While Moore may not have clothes on, the smiling, playful lion cubs seem to diffuse the expected sexual charge of the photo. That, of course, wasn’t enough for the folks who oversee what is posted around their city…

The Kardashian sisters were inspired by their heritage when designing their jewelery collection.

“We are half Armenian and there was a lot we didn’t know about our dad’s side of the family,” said.

The Kardashians Design Jewelry Collection

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian modeling some jewelryAlways seeming to keep themselves busy, the Kardashian sisters are now launching their own jewelery range.

Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, who already have their own clothing and skincare line, have announced they are creating an accessories collection for the Los Angeles brand Virgins, Saints + Angels next April.

Kim Kardashian, 29, wrote on her website, “The collection embraces our unique style… Romantic, edgy, and classic vintage… or at least we hope so. Our Armenian culture is very important to us and we tried to incorporate that in the jewelery also.”

The reality TV family previously signed a five-year contract to design clothing for fashion retailer Bebe, as well as a skincare line which is due out next year.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars are not the first celebrities to create their own jewelery line - Nicole Richie already has her own accessories range, House of Harlow 1960, as well as recently launching her own womenswear label for contemporary woman.

Lindsay Lohan Scores Another Fashion Gig

Lindsay Lohan's jewelry mysteriously went missing from this Elle shootUPDATE: Pascal Mouawad tells WWD that the collaboration is “not happening.” Oops on Lindsay!

In extremely troubling and mind-boggling fashion news, Lindsay Lohan has actually been hired for another fashion gig, this time in the jewelry department.

Aside from the fact that fashion designer Emanuel Ungaro slammed Lohan for sucking his former house of its soul, did we all forget about those few photo shoot instances where jewelry went missing? I daresay that she’s got some convincing people working for her!

Word around the fashion town says that the hard partying starlet is teaming up with Pascal Mouawad to design a jewelry line for Bebe (first the Kardashian sisters, now Lindsay!). Mouawad recently aided Nicole Richie with her own jewelery collection for the San Francisco-based retailer—one would think that they’d spread these things out.

“Pascal and I are actually working together, we’re doing something with a friend who owns bebe. We’re doing a collection for them and we’re also going to be doing some other things,” Lindsay dished.

Can Mouawad help this poor soul who has clearly lost track of her career path?

The reality TV star - who recently gave birth to her second child, Sparrow James Midnight Madden, and has a 21-month-old daughter Harlow with partner Joel Madden - has managed to find time to produce an exclusive collection of House of Harlow 1960 jewels for the retail chain’s online store.

The jewelery - which comes at an affordable price, with items ranging from $38 - has a hippy vibe and is in a similar style to her fashion line, House of Harlow 1960. The 28-year-old socialite also teamed up with the retailer to create a $25 bracelet where a percentage of the sales will go to the Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation, which helps bring more opportunities to disadvantaged children around the world.

The jewelery line will be launched and sold on Bebe.com starting November 12.

Richie recently launched her own womenswear label Winter Kate - taking inspiration from daughter Harlow’s middle names - and spoke of her desire to make fashion accessible for everyone: “That was my philosophy when designing House of Harlow 1960, and it remains my philosophy for Winter Kate.”

The 20-year-old star, who has modeled for Chanel, Vivienne Westwood and , also refused to rule out creating a clothing collection, but admitted she has no immediate plans to do so: “I’m so in love with fashion and playing with clothes, so I would never say no to designing fashion.”

Daisy isn’t the only model to show an interest in creating accessories—last month, Amber Le Bon revealed she was considering going to university to study jewelery making. She said, “You have to take every opportunity you can. I have loads of designs on paper and there is a really good jewelery course at London’s Central Saint Martins. A friend of mine has just graduated from there, so I may look into that.”
