Carey Mulligan Ignoring Anna Wintour’s Fashion Tip

An Education‘s Carey Mulligan may be relatively new to the whole awards season business, but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t formed her opinions.
Although she’s been offered valuable advice from one of the most respected names in the fashion industry, the Academy Award nominee claims she won’t be using it at the upcoming ceremony.
“Anna [Wintour] said I should wear short for the Oscars,” Mulligan said about Vogue‘s editor-in-chief. “I was like ‘No, that is so not what I had in my head when I was six years old!’”
Ignoring a suggestion from Ms. Wintour herself? Let’s hope Carey isn’t committing
fashion suicide!
