Fashion Police: Taylor Momsen Wants You to Put Tips in Her Heels
Judging by the Spring/Summer 2010 runways, clear heels are certainly trending right now; however, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen took it down to a whole level of trashy.
Performing with her band The Pretty Reckless, 16 year-old Momsen gives Miley Cyrus a run for her money in a skin-tight, short corset held down by some very adult garters. Despite her lingerie-heavy outfit, her clear platforms recently attracted quite a bit of attention, considering it has a slot for tips.
