Clint Eastwood Refuses to Pay Spousal Support

Clint Eastwood has reportedly refused to pay spousal support to his estranged wife Dina.
The 83-year-old actor - who is worth a reported $350 million - has filed a response in his ongoing bitter divorce from the TV news anchor, indicating he's not willing to provide her with maintenance, which will allow her to continue to live the lifestyle she's used to, and he wants her to cough up for her own legal fees too.
Dina filed for divorce from the Oscar-winning star after 17 years of marriage in October, citing irreconcilable differences, but Clint claims the pair secretly separated more than 18 months ago.
The 48-year-old reality TV star is also asking for full legal custody of their 16-year-old daughter Morgan, which could cause an even bigger feud between the pair. Clint - who claims he took out a pre-nuptial agreement prior to their wedding in 1996 - is now dating Erica Tomlinson-Fisher, the ex-wife of Dina's former boyfriend Scott Fisher, and has been showering her with lavish gifts since striking up their romance in the summer.

Jane Lynch’s Ex-Wife Seeks Spousal Support

Jane Lynch's estranged wife Lara Embry is seeking spousal support.
The Glee star announced in July she was legally ending her three-year-marriage to the clinical psychologist, whom she split from in February. Lara has now filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court asking for her attorney fees to be paid by Jane, along with spousal support despite the 53-year-old actress previously seeking to terminate the court's jurisdiction to award spousal support to her ex-wife, according to People.com.
Jane recently insisted their divorce was "not a horrible" thing: "It's not dramatic. "It's not a horrible thing. It's something that we're dealing with. It's two people who just decided it's better to go apart than stay together."
The former couple are determined to maintain an amicable relationship for Lara's daughter, Haden. "All's good. We have a little girl - she has a little girl who's very dear to me. She's 10, and she's doing great ... We have to remain adults, which we have. We keep everybody's - especially Haden's - good in our mind," Jane added.
Mena Suvari’s Husband Wants $17,000 a Month

Mena Suvari's estranged husband wants her to pay him $17,000 a month in spousal support.
The American Pie Reunion actress split from Simone Sestito last November after less than two years of marriage, and now the concert promoter has claimed he has "negative balances" on all his personal and business accounts.
According to court documents filed earlier this week - which have been obtained by TMZ.com - Simone also says he has been forced to pay his bills with credit cards and loans from his parents. So he is now asking for $17,000 a month from Mena as part of their divorce settlement as he claims the American Beauty star earns $750,000 a year.
Mena - whose five-year union to first husband cinematographer Robert Brinkmann ended in 2005 - recently admitted all her exes end up hating her and she isn't on good terms with any of them: "I've never run into an ex who I have fallen back in love with. They all end up hating me. I just keep moving on. I don't like going back, I think that's unhealthy."
Arnold Schwarzenegger Doesn’t Want to Pay Spousal Support

Despite the millions he's made in Hollywood action films and the damage he's done in his marriage, Arnold Schwarzenegger does not want to pay Maria Shriver spousal support.
Lawyers for the actor-turned-politician - whose wife left him after discovering he had fathered a child with their former housekeeper - have marked two points of conflict against her divorce petition; her requests for spousal support and that Arnold pays her legal fees.
Lawyer Bob Kaufman, representing Arnold, has asked the judge to strike any right to support on Maria's part, and that each party pay their own legal fees. The couple have no prenuptial agreement, meaning all assets and property accrued during their 25 year marriage - estimated at around $400 million - will be divided equally. Both parties have asked for joint custody of their two minor children, Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13, and they also have two grown children, Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, together.
While former governor of California Arnold objects to paying his estranged wife support, he is said to be giving a large sum in child support while they work on a divorce settlement. "Arnold is paying a significant amount, and also paying for his sons, Patrick and Christopher's private school bills," a source said.
