Josh Brolin has been pictured kissing Kathryn Boyd.
The No Country for Old Men actor was seen smooching with the blonde, who has reportedly worked for him as an assistant, in Rome this weekend. According to People.com, the pair "wandered the cobblestone streets and stopped at the famous Trevi Fountain."
Josh, 46, has been single since his divorce from Diane Lane, his wife of eight years, was finalized last year.
The actor - who also had a stint in rehab November last year after a number of drunken incidents - in is in Italy working on Everest, about an ill-fated expedition up the world's highest mountain in 1996, which resulted in eight people's death when their team got caught in a blizzard. The movie will also star Jake Gyllenhaal, Jason Clarke and John Hawkes.
In preparation for the film, Josh and Jake went for a hike in the Santa Monica mountains, but things took a downward turn after they lost sight of their direction markers. "They'd started out in Malibu canyon and followed marked paths until they got to a rocky area where Jake wanted to climb. When they started back down the other side of the mountain, Jake kept insisting he knew the way but after an hour, Josh realized Jake had no clue."

Josh Brolin Spotted with Mystery Woman

Josh Brolin has been spotted with a new mystery woman.
The Gangster Squad star, who recently checked out of rehab in Northern California after a three-week stay, was spotted looking healthy and happy as he ran errands with an unidentified female in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The 47-year-old actor, who sought treatment just weeks after allegedly getting into a drunken fist fight at a pub, dressed down for the outing in dark jeans and sunglasses, according to UsMagazine.com. Josh's divorce from Diane Lane, whom he split from in February after eight years of marriage, was finalized around the same time he entered rehab.
But a friend brushed off speculation his drinking problem was related to the breakdown of his marriage and said, "He realized he needed help and is committed to his sobriety." Another source previously insisted the former couple were still friends, adding, "It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It's not ugly, it's just over."

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane Divorce Finalized

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane's divorce has been finalized.
Man of Steel actress Diane originally filed to end their marriage in February, citing "irreconcilable differences" and court documents seen by website TMZ submitted on November 27 confirm their marriage has been legally dissolved after eight years. Diane has also dropped Josh's surname and will once again be Diane Lane.
According to the court documents, the couple have a private financial agreement and Diane is not seeking spousal support outside of this.
Although W actor Josh was said to be doing well despite the divorce, last month he checked into a rehab facility to deal with issues related to his drinking. The 45-year-old star said he was "completely done" with alcohol after a couple of incidents over one wild weekend, where he was caught on camera yelling abuse at a cab driver after allegedly rear-ending his vehicle, then got into a brawl with a bouncer at a bar. When asked if these incidents would spur him to stop drinking, the actor replied, "Absolutely. It won't be happening again. That's it. Completely done."

Josh Brolin Enters Rehab

Josh Brolin has reportedly checked into rehab for substance abuse.
The 47-year-old actor - who is best known for his roles in No Country for Old Men, W. and Milk - has admitted himself into a treatment facility in Northern California just weeks after allegedly getting into a drunken fistfight at a pub.
"He realized he needed help and is committed to his sobriety," a source said.
Earlier this month, Josh was reportedly seen fighting with an unknown male at O'Brien's Irish Pub in Santa Monica, California. The altercation took place near the entrance of the establishment just after 2am and moments after trading blows Josh is claimed to have shared a hug with his opponent. Just days later, the actor was also seen getting into a heated argument with a cab driver at a taco restaurant drive-thru.

Josh Brolin says he's "completely done" with drinking.
The Gangster Squad actor is embarrassed by his alcohol-fueled antics on Friday and has vowed to lay off the booze in future. This comes after a video of the 45-year-old star involved in a brawl with a bouncer was published on TMZ, followed by footage of Josh yelling abuse at a cab driver after allegedly rear-ending his vehicle at a fast food drive-thru a few hours earlier.
When asked by a TMZ photographer how his Sunday evening was, Josh quipped, "Beautiful. Much better than a couple of nights ago."
The actor - who was heading into the gym at the time - was then probed as to whether he had given up alcohol in the wake of his wild weekend. "Absolutely. It won't be happening again. That's it. Completely done," Josh replied.

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane Split

Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have split up. The Perfect Storm actress and the American Gangster actor - who were married for over eight years - mutually called time on their union a few months ago.
A statement from their representatives reads, "Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage."
Josh, 45 and Diane, 48, didn't have any children together and the split is said to be amicable with no third party involvement. "It is very amicable. It's not ugly, it's just over," a source said.
This will be the second divorce for both celebrities. Diane was married to actor Christopher Lambert from 1988 to 1994, while Josh previously split from Alice Adair, with whom he has two kids, Trevor, 24, and Eden, 18.

Josh Brolin has been arrested for public intoxication.
The Men In Black 3 star was partying with friends in Santa Monica on New Year's Day, but the celebrations ended when he was booked by cops just before midnight and released at 7:14 the following morning.
Friends insisted he merely "ended up having too much fun."
A source told gossip website TMZ he was not given a citation for the arrest, which means he won't face any charges.
