Bleeding Edge TV 377: iPad 2 launch, unboxing, Smart Cover demo

As usual, the Gear Live crew was near the front of the line as we waited for the iPad 2 to go on sale. Apple closed their doors about an hour before launch, and we started recording when the curtain came down. Get a look at the in-store festivities, which involves a lot of clapping and high-fives, followed by our in-store unboxing of a white iPad 2 with 3G, along with a Smart Cover demo.

The went on sale this morning in all original launch territories with much excitement from the Apple diehards. We hung out at the Apple Store at the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, Washington, and decided we’d give you a look at the line, a couple of interesting people and stories, and of course—once we got inside—the iPhone 4 itself. We unbox the iPhone 4 from inside the store, and also give you a look at the iPhone 4 Bumper case, as well as the iPhone 4 dock.

Monster announced the DiddyBeats back at CES 2010, and the in-ear fashion headphones have finally started shipping just recently. We were able to get our hands on the DiddyBeats, which as you can see in this episode, are made to invoke a feeling of high fashion. We got the black pair, which is accented with chrome and black leather, definitely a unique look for a pair of earbuds, but really, what would you expect from the Beats by Dr. Dre line and Diddy himself?
