Game Two between the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers was by far the most exciting thing on TV yesterday. Up against mostly repeats, ABC easily had a hold on the night.
8pm
- Million Dollar Password (9.6 million, 2.1/6) slipped 1.1 million from last week.
- Jimmy Kimmel (2.9/9 in 18-49) got 7.4 million fans warmed up; the pre-game portion of the basketball game (3.1/9) attracted 7.9 million.
- Most Outrageous Moments* (1.5/5) averaged 4.9 million over two hours.
- The Simpsons* (4.1 million, 1.9/6) was down by 400,000; King of the Hill* (3.9 million, 1.8/5) only lost 100,000.
- Everybody Hates Chris* (904,000, 0.3/1) was off by 16,000; Aliens in America* (1 million, 0.4/1) was actually up 120,000.

Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Animation, Comedy, Drama, Games, Prime Time, ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, The CW, Desperate Housewives, Everybody Hates Chris, Family Guy, Ratings,
Apparently Regis Philbin’s appeal is not limited to daytime hours. The host (and his Million Dollar Password) helped CBS win the viewers last night. Meanwhile, NBC - the only other network with originals yesterday - placed first in the demos.
8pm
- Million Dollar Password (2.2/7 in 18-49) engaged 10.7 million.
- A two-hour Most Outrageous Moments block (1.6/5) averaged 5.4 million.
- Extreme Makeover: Home Edition* (1.4/5) nailed down 5 million.
- The Simpsons* (2.0/7) kept 4.5 million amused; King of the Hill* (1.9/6) did the same for 4 million.
- Everybody Hates Chris* (920,000, 0.3/1) and Aliens in America* (880,000, 0.3/1) tied in the demos.

MONDAY (5/26)
- American Gladiators (NBC, 8pm): “A tree climber tries to rise above a SWAT officer.” If tree boy gets a chance at the wall, his opponent will have no choice but to gas him.
- Flavor of Love 3 (VH1, 9pm): “The cast of Season 3 reunites.” I often wonder what a sober Brigitte Nielsen thinks about this.
- Denise Richards: It’s Complicated (E!, 10pm): “Denise goes on a blind date with a so-called regular guy.” When you’re getting alimony and child support from your celebrity ex, you can afford to go out with “regular guys”.
- Living Lohan (E!, 10:30): The title of the tonight’s premiere is “Mommy Will Fix It.” I hope she’s referring to Ali’s hair.

Regis Philbin To Host Million Dollar Password
Posted by David Onda Categories: Games, Prime Time, CBS, Talent, Editorial, News,
Variety is reporting that Regis Philbin has signed on with CBS to host a million-dollar version of the hit ’60s gameshow Password. The new series will be called Million Dollar Password and will, as the title suggests, offer a million dollar grand prize. Six episodes have been ordered and will begin airing later this season. The show will combine elements of three incarnations of the Password game – Password, Password Plus and, yes, Super Password. But I think we can all agree that any host is better than Burt Convey.
