MONDAY (6/22)
- Jon & Kate Plus Eight (TLC, 9pm): Jon & Kate make some life-changing decisions. Well, Kate technically made the decision; Jon just didn’t want to argue.
- Charm School (VH1, 9pm): Season premiere. “Former contestants from VH1 reality shows work for charity (and a chance to win $100,000).” No good deed comes without incentives.
- Make It or Break It (ABC Family, 9pm): Series premiere. “In this drama focusing on the lives of teen gymnasts who strive to make it to the Olympics, new girl Emily Kmetko begins training alongside veterans who are both impressed with and threatened by her.” This could bring a whole new definition to the term “punch front.”
- Run’s House (MTV, 10pm): “The family rallies around JoJo after he’s charged with marijuana possession.” This whole time they had a connection within the home.

Duran Duran’s John Taylor Rocks Samantha Who
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Comedy, Prime Time, ABC, Video,
Back in elementary school, John Taylor rocked my world. (Actually Nick Rhodes did, but Taylor wasn’t far behind.) But will the Duran Duran guitarist do the same for Christina Applegate?
In this clip from Samantha Who?, Taylor stars as rocker Tommy Wylder, a musician who can still make women in the 30+ age group giddy.
Look for John to appear in the January 12 episode of the ABC comedy.

Casting Corner: Boston Legal, CSI: NY, House and More

Here’s a quick look at some of the casting announcements made recently:
CSI: NY: To celebrate its 100th outing, CSI: NY will be doing it old-school Terminator style. In the sweeps episode, several guest stars - including Rumer Willis, Daughtry and Scott Wolf - will become targets of a serial killer. In the original Terminator, women named Sarah Connor became Arnold Schwarzenegger’s targets. This time around, the suspect is aiming to knock off those named Mac Taylor. (That would be the name of Gary Sinise’s character.) You can expect the star-studded episode to air on November 19.
