• Gary Unmarried (6.2 million, 1.9/5) raised 400,000 more.
• Mercy (5.8 million, 1.4/4) was down slightly.
• Modern Family* (1.6/5) kicked off the night with 5.1 million; The Middle* (1.7/4) followed with 4.7 million.
• Life Unexpected* (0.7/2) attracted 1.7 million.

• Criminal Minds (15.3 million, 4.3/11 in 18-49) improved by 1.3 million.
• Human Target (10.4 million, 3.4/9) did a little better than its Sunday outing.
• Modern Family (9.8 million, 4.1/11) had its best 18-49 performance since September.
• Cougar Town (7.5 million, 3.4/9) remained steady.
• Law & Order: SVU* (1.4/4) arrested 5.6 million.
• Gossip Girl* (0.4/1) rounded up 800,000.

• CSI: NY (13.9 million, 3.7/10 in 18-49) lost 200,000.
• The Jay Leno Show (4.61 million, 1.2/4) gave up 800,000.
• Ugly Betty (4.6 million, 1.6/5) did about the same.
