TV Chef Brings London to L.A.

Gordon Ramsay, star of Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares (both on FOX, one also on the BBC) opened his new restaurant, The London, last week. The restaurant is the impetus behind the fourth season of Hell’s Kitchen - the winner of the show will become the senior sous-chef of the high-brow eatery.

Jeff Probst (host of Survivor), Khloe Kardashian and David Beckham were among the celebrity guests in attend is famously located near Las Vegas…so why didn’t Ramsay open up there? “I don’t want to play my card in Las Vegas. It’s materialistic. Here, it’s proper. I’m very happy to be here. Everything is in abundance in California.”

This season’s winner of Hell’s Kitchen will not only gain the coveted job, but a $250,000 annual salary to go along with it. The finale will air July 8…until then, the winner remains out of The London’s kitchen.

I like this show a lot right now but I can see it slipping away fast because the people trying to get a restaurant have 0 personallity. Pretty good so far :D
