This weekend’s premiere of Flashpoint made CBS’ Friday night lineup that much stronger. The series - with the help of Ghost Whisperer - returned to its largest audience yet. Meanwhile, the debut of Howie Do It did better than the group of ladies following it.

• Howie Do It (2.1/7) kicked off with 7.7 million viewers.
• Wife Swap (1.6/5) attracted 4.8 million.
• CW’s airing of Bruce Almighty (1.6/5) pulled in 4.2 million.
• Everybody Hates Chris (1.4 million, 0.5/2) and The Game (1.4 million, 0.6/2) had similar numbers.

• Approximately 10.1 million welcomed the return of Flashpoint (2.1/6 in 18-49).
• Supernanny (1.9/5) disciplined 5.6 million.
• The series/season (??) finale of Lipstick Jungle (4.1 million, 1.3/4) lost about half its lead-in.
• 13: Fear is Real* (0.4/1) rounded up 880,000.

10pm

• Numb3rs (10.1 million, 2.4/7 in 18-49) improved 10% from it last new episode.
• 20/20 (2.2/6) dialed up 7.9 million.
• Dateline (1.3/4) scored 4.9 million.
