Dancing with the Stars 7: Week 8 Loser

On yesterday’s episode of Dancing with the Stars, the remaining five competitors were forced to work hard for their money. Although they were getting used to the two dances a night routine, the contestants had one extra challenge throw into the mix. For the first time ever, the challengers were required to perform a 15-second solo.
By the end of the evening, Brooke Burke was once again on top - but not by much. Although she is still the total point leader, Warren Sapp came within one point of matching the mother of four. Meanwhile, Lance put some distance between himself and the Bottom Two while Cody and Maurice found themselves in a tie for last place.
When the judges’ scores were combined with the audience votes, Maurice Greene was the one left out of the running. Despite his slight edge over Linley in the overall averages (Greene had a 22.91; Cody is currently at 22.45), the sprinter simply lacked the support he needed to win the race.
You can review Maurice’s best individual performance - his Salsa from Week 5 - below. (He scored a 27 for it.)
