Monday Ratings: Post-Game Boost for Big Bang

Did viewers simply forget to change the channel? Yesterday’s programming slate on CBS appeared to have benefitted nicely from Sunday night’s game. Although Monday’s comedies are typically strong, several shows saw their best numbers in quite some time. 8pm House (13.5 million, 5.1/13 in 18-49) slid by 700,000. The Bachelor (12.3 million, 4.1/10) reached season highs. How I Met Your Mother (3.8/10) kicked off the night with 10.1 million. Accidentally on Purpose (3.4/8) scored 9.2 million. …
