  • These playoffs ruined Gasol for me. He couldn't do it with Kobe, he's not doing it with Deng. Camby and Parker all the way. Wow...definitely a tougher bout. This pains me to say it, but I think AI and Shaq take it. Bosh and Butler are solid, but I think AI can run circles around either of them. Shaq may not be as solid as he once was, but the Diesel can still clean up. Plus, there aren't free throws...

  • Happy Father's day, al. If not for the 'healthy' assumption, this one may go differently. If all four players are 100 percent, I think Wade and Brand own Amare and Ellis. I bet fantasy owners are feeling a little differently right now, but those two are some of the best in the league. Brand can hit the jumper and I think Ellis' game is better when he has a fullcourt to run - which isn't happening here. Randolph drags down his team due to his lack of defense. Lewis and Manu shoot the lights out, and even when they miss, they can snag the O-boards thanks to the hustle - something ZR is not a fan of. Manu and 'Shard here.

  • I see Iguodala and Pierce as being very similar players in many respects - that would be a pretty good battle. Obviously, Pierce is a bit more polished, but I don't think it's enough to compensate for what LBJ would do to Howard. Yes, he's taller, will grab every rebound, etc... but c'mon... I'm going with LBJ/Iggy. I think Jamison's offensive game gives he and KG the nod in this format. The fundamentals aren't enough to put Timmy Duncan into the next round.

  • Thanks for the comment. If you're short on boards, I wouldn't look to move Dalembert - he's averaging a decent amount. Gordon and Stojakovic would be ideal fits for someone who lacks threes - but you will not be able to pull a top notch player for either of them. Cheaper sources of boards that I would look at include Jamario Moon, Jeff Foster, and even Reggie Evans. I wouldn't trade for Martin, as you're buying pretty high following his huge game this weekend. Aldridge would be nice, but his boards aren't too ideal for his size and he'll cost a lot due to his hype. Does this help?
