  • In the time it took for the water to boil and the chicken to poach I prepared the cucumbers, chopped the spring onion and made the sauce. After that, it was just a matter of cooling and cutting the chicken and plating, which took about 10 minutes. So I'd say it took about 35 minutes start to finish.
